It started as a general trading house and also provided logistic and port services to the state and private enterprises. Our local directors had nurtured a great relationship with state/private enterprises, being appointed as their international marketing agency and also authorised to appoint distributors in various overseas regions. We are well versed and have a good understanding in dealings with local Customs, Relevant Authorities and Government Agencies. We initiated with our local business networks and customers including state/private enterprises. Our Orders processing and follow through starts from the very first day when the orders were received. Our senior staff make 2 to 3 trips to the States/Private Enterprise to verify the manufacturing plant facilities and quality assurance control, at the same time meeting the top management to iron out in details the issues concerning the pending delivery. The issues may range from attending to any specific requirements by customer; production forecast; production scheduling; arranging with our quality inspection service provider for quality-assurance inspections; liaison with shipping companies for booking of containers and vessel; oversee production run; review quality inspection process; packing process; stuffing of containers; tracking of containers to Port of loading; and custom documentations till loading on board of vessel.
