We offer the best product range of Stiffness Tester and Rotary Abraser.
Stiffness Tester
Min. Order (MOQ)1 Set(s)
We are offering stiffness tester. precision instrument evaluates material stiffness. the taber stiffness tester utilizes a two directional pendulum-type weighing system to evaluate material stiffness, flexural strength, resiliency and elasticity properties. Force is applied to the lower end of the specimen by a pair of rollers attached to the driving disc. the resulting torque tilts the pendulum from its vertical position and a taber stiffness unit reading (gcm) is taken automatically when the pendulum mark aligns with the appropriate driving disc mark (712 or 15). Predetermined sample length, deflection angle and rate of loading provide accurate and reproducible test results. onboard computer automates testing. a high resolution optical encoder and a non-contacting photo sensor are incorporated to make this instrument fully automatic. the onboard computer calculates and records testing data (average; standard deviation; highlow; time; date; and a user-defined label), and converts stiffness readings to the appropriate user selected stiffness range. Test results are displayed on a 4 x 20 character display screen, and can be printed, stored or downloaded to a pc. test a wide range of products. nine distinct setups permit the testing of very delicate to extremely rigid materials. Taber stiffness testers will evaluate paper, light metallic foil, laminated plastic, cardboard, wire, and other flexible materials up to 5.5mm (0.219 inches) thick that do not exceed 10, 000 taber stiffness units.
We are offering rotary abraser. Taber abrading wheels produce characteristic rub wear action. Mounted to a rotating turntable, specimens are subjected to the rub-wear action of two abrasive wheels. Driven by the test sample, the wheels produce abrasion marks that form a pattern of crossed arcs over a circular ring approximately 30 square centimeters. This reveals abrasion resistance at all angles relative to the weave or grain of the material. Referenced in numerous international test standards and specifications. Simple to operate, this instrument has been accepted worldwide as a standard for wear and abrasion research, quality and process control, materials evaluation, and product development. Taber rotary abrasers are capable of providing reliable data in a matter of minutes, compared to the years that may be required with in-use testing. Test a wide range of products. The taber abraser can be used to test virtually any flat specimen. Its field of application has included tests of: painted, lacquered, powder coated, and electroplated surfaces; textile fabrics ranging from sheer silks to heavy upholstery and carpeting; and solid materials such as metals, stone and ceramics. Other materials include paper, glass, plastics, leather, rubber, linoleum, laminates, plus many others.
