Based on battery limit, we develop construction planning and engage with various subcontractors to complete the construction and pre-commissioning activities. Construction team will make reference with the latest issued for construction (IFC) drawings and documents. We will always strive hard to minimize the rework and material wastages and our focus will be good QC and HSE practices.

We do provide various consultancy services to our client for optimizing the client resources through cost effective solutions. We do protect our clients investment by HSE studies, value engineering, expert advice and continuous improvement.

Our Engineering team will make detailed specifications and datasheets drawings and produce material requisitions to obtain quotations. The quotations are evaluated to prepare technical and commercial bid evaluations, then purchase orders issued by procurement experts. We do carryout progressive and final Inspections on equipments and systems. We evaluate vendor documents and compile final vendor documents and O&M Manuals.

Project management is one of the key activity that will focus on the seamless integration of the entire project. We do detailed Project Planning, Coordination, Integration, execution, monitor and control project health to achieve the best HSE records and QAQC, financial and technical goals. Based on the project deliverables and activities, we develop project organisation, deploy required resources and job delegation. Prepare Project Management Plan for Seamless integration of multidiscipline project activities executed in various geographical locations. Prepare Risk management plan and monitor and control risk response activities. Manage project reserves and contingency plan. Organise and co-ordinate conduct, engineering review meetings, project review meeting, Contract administration Meeting, interdisciplinary meeting, consultant meeting and customer meeting.

Our project engineering team will plan , coordinate, integrate and manage multidiscipline team (HSE, QAQC, Civil, Structural, Process, Mechanical, Marine, Naval Architecture, Equipment, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Control, Project management team, procurement team, Construction and commissioning team) to deliver project deliverables. we will also conduct coordinate P&ID and PFD review meetings, engineering review meeting, HAZOP, HAZID, QRA, SIL, HSE and other regulating and approval authorities and necessary follow-up. Our team capable of applying relevant IEC, ISO, ISA, BS, DIN, ANSI, ASTM, ASNZS standard engineering codes and operational practices .
