SEALz acoustic door bottom drop seal helps to reduce the amount of sound that passes through a room and it is one of the most common and important applications. acoustic seals provide an excellent barrier to airborne sound and help ensure that the acoustic attenuation provided by a doorset (the frame and doorleaf along with the seal) is, in many cases, equivalent to the wall or partition it's been tested to ASTM E90 for acoustic rating of 45db and fire tested to BS 476 part 20 and various international standard .

SEALZ fire seal is formulated from a unique chemical formulation based on expandable graphite. The product is supplied in a PVC casing of various colors. Wood grain pattern are available upon request. The product has a available width of 10mm up to a maximum of 38mm and lengths of 2.1m with a thickness of 4mm. The product has a self adhesive fixing method.

SEALz Fire Foam is a fire retarant open-cell with a 2mm thick expandable graphite intumescent sealant, containing special binders which maintain complete flexibility.
At the designated temperature, the intumescent coating begins to expand on the fire side of the joint.
During this reaction, the fire resistant foam gradually degrades and is replaced by the expanding mass of intumescent graphite.

Sealz Fire Rated Pillow are manufactured from a silicone treated hard wearing fibre with layer of dust proof inner polyethylene bag filed with expanded perlite and reactive expansion agent, which will expand rapidly when exposed to fire.
